Because we care about your privacy, we will not give your personally identifiable information to third parties, such as marketers or retailers, for them to use to contact you about offers or promotions of their own (other than, of course, in connection with the sale of our business), unless you allow us to. If you would like us to share your personally identifiable information with third parties so that you may receive these special offers and promotions, indicate that we may do so at the point where you give us such personally identifiable information. Please note that changes to your preferences may not be effective immediately.
In the event that all of our business assets are transferred to or acquired by another company, customer information will be one of the transferred assets. We will divulge your personal information to law enforcement officials if required to do so by law.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear; we will not be able to accept returns on swimwear purchases if the tags or hygienic strips have been removed.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged. ‘Send your returns to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
